Zep is a Retail & Leisure Park in Middelburg, located at the main entrance road to the city. The park includes 11,000 sqm leisure, including a Music Hall, the Dutch National Football Museum and Miniature Zeeland, 6,000 sqm retail, including BCC and Toys XL and 1,400 sqm restaurants like La Place. The total development also includes a school (10,500 sqm) for vocational education (ROC). The park is an all-weather leisure and shopping accommodation for both inhabitants of the province of Zeeland and tourists. The venue is also used for meetings and events.

History

The total development of Zep Middelburg included five buildings, located on a 7.7 ha. parcel. In 2008 , 1.7 ha. was sold to ROC Zeeland. The Retail and Leisure Park opened in 2009.
